“Training using Justin’s “Lean and Mean” program was challenging and rewarding. I was coming back from an ACL injury and wanted to comfortably return to sports without fear of re-injuring. After 6 weeks of physical therapy I reached out and he created a plan that was catered towards my goals. It had a variety of lifts and movements that did not feel repetitive. He was motivating and constantly checked in with me to see both my progress and if any changes needed to be made. Overall my experience with him has helped me achieve the confidence in my knee that I have wanted and, ultimately, made me much stronger”
