When I first began going to the gym, I had no idea how to use any of the equipment, was unsure of how to do any exercises (besides your basic crunches and squats), felt unmotivated, and didn’t have much of a goal to work towards other than “to be fit”. Justin helped me learn the functionality of each machine and how to have proper form for each and every exercise.
